Hello, I'm Gabrielle.

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor offering individual psychotherapy to adults across New York State. My practice is rooted in a holistic lens — I believe wellbeing lives at the intersection of mind, body, and soul, and that real healing asks us to tend to all three.

I work with people moving through anxiety and depression, trauma, grief, relationship patterns, low self-worth, and the quiet ache of feeling lost or overwhelmed. Together we create a soft, nonjudgmental space where you're free to be exactly as you are.

You already carry the wisdom you need — my role is to walk alongside you while you remember it. Through practical tools for working with stress and difficult emotions, alongside the slower work of cultivating self-awareness, my hope is that you leave feeling more present, more grounded, and more able to meet your life with care.

So much of how we show up with others traces back to how we relate to ourselves. We'll look at the patterns that shape your relationships, tend to the parts of you that carry self-doubt or low self-worth, and practice meeting yourself with the same care you offer everyone else.

Healing happens when we tend to the whole of who we are — mind, body, and soul together. Drawing on a holistic lens, we'll explore how emotions live in the body, where you hold tension or numbness, and how to come back into a felt sense of presence and balance.

Emotion Regulation & Coping

When emotions feel like waves you can't quite ride. Together we'll build a personal toolkit — grounding practices, breathwork, and gentler ways of working with difficult feelings — so you can meet life's intensity from a steadier place and improve the quality of your everyday.

All sessions are offered virtually via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. You're welcome to join from a quiet space that feels like yours — at home, on a porch, or anywhere you can settle in.
